The Boutique by Shangri-La

Located right next door to Tokyo Station, the Shangri-La Hotel occupies the upper storeys of the Marunouchi Trust Tower, but its dessert boutique is on the ground floor. Offering a plentiful selection of sweet treats that also make great gifts thanks to their pretty packaging, it sells creations like a castella cake made in collaboration with wagashi dealer Bunmeido and slightly tuned-up versions of the traditional German Berliner pastry.
