This tempting little treasure is made from Tochigi’s famous Tochi Otome strawberries, which have been blended into a sweet-sour sauce, mixed with a slightly salty cherry blossom bean paste and then folded in a lightly vanilla-flavoured, tender piece of mochi (rice cake). It's pretty much spring in one bite. Last year it was sold out before the end of March, so if you want to try them, better hurry.
