Time Out says

Based in Jiyugaoka, this shop headed by chocolatier Yukihiko Kawaguchi has made it into central with an outpost inside Ginza Six. Neither cost nor effort is spared in their tailor-made cakes and chocolates: take the Terrine chocolat, which comes in three different types and strikes a delicate balance between the layers of fruit and pastry, or the cacao-heavy Cake Chocolat. We also like the Cake Blonde, made with slightly salty 'blonde' chocolate (said to have been born accidentally, when a chef let white chocolate sit in an au bain marie bath a little too long), and the Cake Chocolat Blanc, crafted with copious amounts of white chocolate. Most of the menu items here are exclusive to Ginza Six as well.
