You can now buy 100-percent colour- and additive-free madeleines in Lumine Shinjuku 1's basement. And to make these buttery cookies even more guilt-free, they've been baked with carefully selected, Hokkaido-sourced flour and free-range chicken eggs. To add a bit of a Japanese touch, Madeleine Lapin will also have seasonally changing flavours on the menu; think pumpkin and cinnamon apples for autumn. Bon appetit.
