Liquor Mountain Kabukicho

This liquor store may look like a bog-standard off-licence you'd find on a UK high street, yet offers a much more varied lineup than the exterior suggests. Choose from a sizeable selection of both Japanese and imported whiskies (no Yamazaki here though), gins, wines and more, or have a gander at their more interesting liqueurs – they had anything from a melon liqueur to a bubble-shaped matcha version last time we visited. Considering its prime Kabukicho location, it's a good place to stock up on some booze for a spot of outdoor drinking, but also well worth seeking out if you're looking for rare bottles of Japanese whisky to take home.
