How about going for a sushi-filled bento box instead – sold by Ginza's Shari the Tokyo Sushi Bar, this gorgeous-looking, colourful selection of rolls contains ones made with fruit and vegetables, a roast beef maki and a couple of other offbeat mixtures to go with the more orthodox tuna and salmon options. Note that you'll need to book the box at least one day before pick-up – prices are ¥4,500 for the 36-piece and ¥2,400 for the 18-piece version.
