Time Out says

Department store Exitmelsa in Ginza has renovated its ground floor into a sweets depachika. There are 12 shops here, some of which are existing brand’s very first offshoots. They include Jérome Cheesecake Ginza and its popular Basque burnt cheesecake, Kanedaya and its luxurious fruit daifuku, as well as Petitrier and its meringue pastries.

Four shops in particular, which are renowned in other parts of Japan, are making their debut in Tokyo here at Ginza Sweets March. Check out chestnut confectionery specialist Hyuga Rikuan from Miyazaki, pastry shop Sagamiya from Hakone which is famous for desserts and pastries made with nuts, Patisserie J’ouvre from Nagoya, and western dessert confectionery Anko no Kachi from Kansai.
