Time Out says

Having started business in September 2016, the unimaginatively named Place sits right by Ginza's main crossing, opposite Wako and Mitsukoshi, and towers over its neighbours both in terms of height and with an impactful, all-white exterior designed by Klein Dytham Architects (the guys behind Daikanyama's T-Site). The shops and restaurants range from a Nissan showroom to the latest branch of the Lion beer hall and Parisian celebrity chef Thierry Marx's Bistro Marx.
