Located in Ginza, Kimono Aoki is exactly what you'd expect from an establishment in the area: well-kept, stylish and somewhat traditional in terms of taste – although they do offer some more modern styles too. They specialise in high-quality antique kimono, with a particularly wide range of stunning obi (from casual to very upscale) and different kimono accessories on offer. Staff are knowledgeable, and can assist you in terms of coordination or any kimono-related questions you may have. It's very easy to imagine entering as a scruffy mortal and then walking out as a proper kimono-toting Ginza lady an hour or so later.
