Time Out says

When a big food trend hits Tokyo is quick to follow up, and the latest cheese topped tea fad is no exception. Already popular in Southeast Asia, this Insta-worthy drink has made it's way to Harajuku where you can get your hands on this addictive combo of tea and cheese.

The thought of tea and cheese together sounds more than bizarre, but you'll see what all the fuss is about once you've taken your first sip. So how does it work? Think green, black or fruit tea topped with a salty-sweet cheese foam made from cream cheese and condensed milk. To spice up your order, you can also go for tapioca milk tea or a Japanese-inspired matcha latte.
