Time Out says

Drogheria Sancricca is an Italian grocery store near Shirokane Takanawa Station. The owner, Matteo Sancricca, often visits Italy and has a lineup of special items from traditional producers, such as pasta, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. You can shop in person or online via the store’s website.

Inside, there’s also a café where you can enjoy authentic Italian food made with natural ingredients. Drogheria Sancricca’s maritozzo dolce (¥600) is baked freshly every day from 8am to 1pm. The buns have a round shape and sandwich a mixture of fresh hazelnut chocolate cream, custard and white chocolate, all washed down with a cup of espresso coffee.

The store sells these little pockets of heaven in limited numbers so be sure to make a reservation via phone or online. You can also order them for takeout and delivery.
