Time Out says

A good 100 years ago, Café Europe's coffee was recognised as the finest brew in Ginza. The venerable superstar has now been revived inside Ginza Six's depachika, where it opened in April 2017. Don't miss out on their baumkuchen, made with a recipe developed by a German confectionery specialist who is said to have worked at the café in the olden days, kick back with a hand-dripped cuppa or a coffee jelly, and transport yourself to a golden era where people still wore hats and lingered over their drinks.
