Time Out says

One of the most popular shops at Aoyama's late 246 Common (now reborn as Commune 246), these potato masters specialise in 'ribbon fries', which are actually less fries and more thin, seasoned chips. Now operating out of a permanent shop near Komazawa Park, they expanded their operation in July 2016 with the opening of this 'potato kiosk' in the back streets of Harajuku. In addition to cut-and-fried-to-order crisps, you can look forward to very Harajuku-like fries dipped in chocolate, plus a range of sweet drinks.
