Time Out says

Located inside Jiyugaoka's Etomo station mall, this is the first permanent Japanese location of Ben's Cookies. Originally established in Oxford back in 1983, they make, well, cookies (NOT biscuits) that are preservative-, colouring- and additive-free. So far, they've managed to spread their natural cookie love to at least seven other countries, with stores in New York, Dubai and elsewhere. There's a proper kitchen at this outpost, and all cookies are made by hand in store. Favourites include the Dark Chocolate Cookie, as well as the White Chocolate and Macadamia Cookies. The 16 different varieties all use high-grade Belgian chocolate, so quality isn't being skimped on here. Be sure to stop by this cookie institution next time you're in the area.
