This yakiniku restaurant in Osaki imports its meat daily so you know you’re getting the freshest cuts. It specialises in beef tongue dishes, including a ten-second aburi (seared) beef tongue (¥499) and thinly sliced beef tongue ‘sashimi’ (¥799). The menu also has other types of beef like short ribs, skirt steak, shoulder and liver, as well as pork and chicken, too.
You’ll cook everything on your own personal grill and then chow down. You can eat each slice of meat on its own, with a side of rice, or wrapped in lettuce. If you want to try the restaurant's best cuts, we recommend going for the wagyu set (from ¥2,999) which comes with four to six different kinds of premium wagyu beef, or the beef tongue set (¥2,099) which includes beef tongue prepared in three different ways.
