New York’s Wolfgang Steakhouse has opened its first teppanyaki outlet in the ritzy neighbourhood of Ginza. It’s located on the seventh floor of Kirarito Ginza shopping complex and serves up premium grade meat. You can choose between two courses: the Chef’s Table Course, where you can watch your meal being cooked right in front of you, or the Kaiseki Course, with meals delivered to you in a private dining room.
Both courses start at ¥24,200 and include eight dishes featuring a generous slab of USDA prime aged premium steak or a USDA prime T-bone steak. The restaurant is scheduled to open on December 18 and reservations can be made on the website.
