Wineman Factory

Time Out says

Despite its location in a bustling cluster of shops near Tamachi Station, Wineman has impressively adapted a former yakitori restaurant into a two-storey wine distillery. Tucked away in a narrow alley, the building's vibrant green facade stands out, leading to a small annexe where stainless steel fermentation vessels produce seasonal vino and cider.

Upstairs, you'll find Wineman's own wines and ciders, alongside a selection of quirky, imported Italian wines. This floor also doubles as a casual dining space with a long communal table, perfect for enjoying a cheese platter and pasta with a glass of wine. The more formal downstairs dining area offers an open kitchen setting where guests can indulge in Italian delicacies like firefly squid gnocchi and white truffle spaghetti carbonara.
