You can even customise and create your own fruit vinegar by concocting a mix of water, soda, milk or even alcohol to your liking. The shop also serves kakigori shaved ice drizzled with fruit vinegar, ‘Waffle Pancakes’ made from pancake batter whipped with meringue and vanilla, as well as a range of fruit vinegar drinks.
