Joga specialises in vegan cuisine made with medicinal herbs. All the ‘meat’ used in its dishes are made from soybeans, including the classic sweet and sour pork, and the green mapo tofu that gets its colour from a vegetable puree.
On the menu you’ll also find a variety of noodles and soups made with house-made wild shiitake mushroom broth. The yakuzen soup in particular features a blend of five premium mushrooms including truffle, kinukasadake and porcini mushrooms.
