Ambitiously seeking to emulate the feel of a European port town right by Roppongi Station, this seafood diner opened in early April 2017. They're very faithful in their commitment to using the freshest ingredients possible, with the chef claiming he travelled across the country to meet suppliers at various ports to strike deals with them directly. The seafood is lined up on a bed of ice inside the restaurant; pick your favourite fish and preparation method (as carpaccio, with pasta, the list goes on) and you're good to go. We'd recommend having the Seafood Platter, which comes with the 'catch of the day'. Heaps of mussles, oysters, crab and lobster to share (or not) – yes please.
