Look forward to French foie gras served in a monaka shell with carrot and tomato, abalone with radish confit, grilled red snapper, wagyu beef thigh in port wine, and much more. All courses come with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink pairing and you'll also receive a glass of champagne at the start of your meal.
