Chinese restaurant Karyu at the Yokohama Grand InterContinental Hotel is offering a sumptuous dim sum afternoon tea for the summer. The savoury selection serves up a range of dim sum staples including seafood spring rolls, har gau shrimp dumplings and shumai. As for the sweets, you can expect steamed coconut dumplings, sesame balls, annin tofu, mango pudding and lychee sorbet. There are nine types of Chinese tea, which you can enjoy with unlimited free refills.
