Time Out says

Yoyogi vegan café The Nuts Exchange serves latte and cappuccino made with macadamia nut milk, alongside sweet treats like brownies, fruit tarts, cookies and pound cakes which are all made with plant-based ingredients. They are naturally gluten-free, too. The counter is also stocked with tempting snacks like granola and flavoured mixed nuts sold by weight, available for eating in or to go.

Come lunchtime, the café serves up ‘egg’ muffin sandwiches or rice sets that come with two to three deli dishes of your choice for just ¥1,200. The deli options change daily, but you’ll find appetising vegan dishes like soy meat karaage (‘fried chicken’), mushroom cauliflower and sweet potato salad, root vegetables with vegan meat, cashew cream salad, and much more.
