Along with its ongoing burgers fair, the Oak Door restaurant at Roppongi's Grand Hyatt will be offering this mouth-watering Texas Creole special in April. Award-winning chef Chris Shepherd from the Underbelly restaurant in Houston will tell his story of that city's diverse culinary culture, focusing on the Creole cuisine that draws on a wide variety of influences and local ingredients – appropriate for Houston, ranked as the most diverse city in the US. Taste creations like Crispy Whole Bycatch and Korean Braised Goat with Dumplings as part of either the four-course dinner or the lunch menu. Guests can interact with the chef every day during the event period, while April 11 will see a special dinner held in collaboration with the Napa Valley’s oldest winery, Inglenook.
