Time Out says

Sushi Sakaba Fujiyama is known for its two-hour all-you-can-eat sushi courses. For ¥3,999 per person, you’ll have a selection of 70 kinds of sushi to choose from including uni (sea urchin), ikura (salmon roe), chutoro (medium fatty tuna) and more. The upgraded ¥4,999 course will get you even more premium sushi including otoro (fatty tuna) and even beef sushi.

If you want to take a break from seafood, there are also side dishes included like fries, edamame, karaage fried chicken, miso soup and even ice cream, too. You can add an all-you-can-drink plan for an additional ¥1,480, meaning you can pair your sushi with beer, sake, lemon sours and highballs.
