Time Out says

Ever paired your sushi with wine? Karaku's Kiminari Togawa is both a veteran itamae and a certified sommelier, and was among the first in the world to offer omakase sushi with wine pairings. Instead of the usual Ginza approach of serving several side dishes followed by rolled sushi, here you'll choose a side and sushi dish before getting a recommendation for the perfect wine to pair your picks with. In addition to the counter, there are three private rooms with tatami seating and space for six to 18 diners.
