Survive the sticky heat of August with a cooling parfait at Shiseido Parlour's Salon de Cafe in Ginza, which has kicked off its second round of midsummer parfait fun. Celebrate the produce of Japan with tasty treats made from farm fresh fruit. The lineup includes a tropical mango parfait, using fruits from Okinawa, a peach parfait, which blends peach compote with green tea ice cream, a sweetcorn and watermelon Hokkaido parfait, and a strawberry and chocolate parfait that uses fruit from Nagano Prefecture. Better hurry if you want to get a face full of summer fruits, though – the promotion ends at the end of the month.
