Time Out says

This rooftop beer garden is located just outside Tokyo’s busiest train station. The space is set up like a resort, all decked out with tropical plants and parasols. You’ll find over 30 kinds of beer from all over the world including Suntory Malts (Japan), Guinness (Ireland) and even Taps Red Ale (Turkey).

Unfortunately, the all-you-can-eat and drink plan doesn’t include its international beers but you can still get draft beer, shandygaff, sours and cocktails starting at ¥2,200 for lunch and ¥3,278 for dinner. You can fill up to your heart's content for two to three hours depending on the plan you select. Meals include unlimited meats (grilled chicken, roast pork, herb sausages, etc) as well as nachos, fries, salads and more. For reservations click here (Japanese only).
