Time Out says

This yoshoku restaurant has been in business since 1963, and it shows in their menu – albeit not in a bad way. Acacia bills itself as a cabbage roll specialist, and indeed, their cabbage rolls, simmered in a gently seasoned white stew, haven't changed one bit in over half a century. They've injected a little of the present day into the menu with new offerings such as 'fiendishly spicy' curry, homemade hams and sausages, and other dishes that complement the German beer (Jever) on tap. If ordering a set meal though, you're bound to end up with the cabbage rolls again – but considering the amount of fans they've attracted over the years, you're unlikely to be disappointed.
