Time Out says

Shang Wei is a small restaurant offering a 'new style' of Chinese cuisine, known here as 'Teppan Chinese'. The teppan stands, of course, for the steel plate used by the chefs at work. Situated directly in front of the six counter seats, it's strategically placed in order to allow diners to watch as their food is cooked right in front of them. There’s nothing quite like the aromas and sizzling sounds of meat and veg cooking right in front of you for bringing on an appetite. If you like fried rice, the dish to try here is the Oolong Chaba Iri Chahan (Chinese-style fried rice with oolong tea leaves), fried on the teppan until lightly scorched to give it a particularly enjoyable, slightly crunchy texture. In total, Shang Wei only seats around 20, so reservations are recommended.
