Time Out says

Sweets become art at this flashy Nishi-Azabu confectioner, opened in September 2015 along Gaien Nishi-dori just north of Hiroo Station. High-flying pâtissier Takashi Irishika and company make use of cutting-edge tech to create cakes, éclairs, cookies and more, all pretty enough to make you hesitate for a few seconds before digging in. As an added curiosity, the shop also houses a members-only champagne lounge, which is mercifully opened to the public on one day every month – see the official website for details.
