Sakurasaku keeps things simple with a plain yoghurt base on the ice before topping it off with fruit purées and chunks of fresh fruit. Popular flavours include strawberry, mango, pineapple and lemon as well as seasonal options like melon and peach.
If yoghurt isn’t quite your thing, the shop also has a lovely matcha kakigori as well as an interesting tomato version topped with sweet cherry tomatoes. If you’re running short on time, the shop sells some of its kakigori in cute takeaway boxes, so you can enjoy your dessert on-the-go.
