If you feel like it's a little too windy outdoors for cherry-blossom viewing, heading to this ground-floor café inside the Marunouchi Building will serve as an adequate substitute. With a display of 100 real sakura trees, as well as a selection of other flowers, the Sakura Café is a fun place to stop by even if it's just for a simple cup of tea. Those wanting to go all-out can fill up with cherry blossom parfaits (¥800), sushi (¥1,050) and sakura sparkling wine (¥800), all made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. We do recommend actually going outside later in spring too, though.
