Time Out says

Saiyuki has become a must-visit along the Yokohama Chinatown eating trail for this inventive spin on the dim sum staple. A mashup of a melon pan and a char siu bao, Saiyuki's signature savoury bun is filled with a moreish barbecued pork filling, while on top is a familiar cookie-like crust from a melonpan. In fact, these buns have become so popular, you can even order them online via Rakuten to heat up at home whenever you please.

The restaurant offers the buns for both takeaway and eat-in orders, alongside other classics such as siu mai, har gao and roast pork for a proper dim sum meal.
