This confectionery store in Asakusa is a purveyor of delicious madeleines, cookies, scones, cheesecakes and tarts made from seasonal fruits. Their ever-popular 'choux creme' is made to order and stuffed with decadent cream up to the brim. We also recommend trying out their Mikamoto Sable, which are cat-shaped ginger cookies coming in delightful boxes – perfect for a little gift. You can also learn how to bake these delights from the pastry chef himself, who offers lessons in his workshop at the back of the store. As of yet there's no space to eat inside, though they hope to expand soon.
