Chef Koji Kobayashi is a pioneer of fine Italian dining in Japan, with his restaurant empire both loved and loathed by Tokyo's gourmands. After closing the well-supported Antica Trattoria Nostalgica in Meguro, he's now taking on Ginza with this upscale spot found on the eighth floor of the Velvia building. If you're splurging, might as well go for the Proposta dinner (Italian for 'proposal'), a five-course set that can be combined with a four-glass wine pairing. The interior is pretty spacious, making Fèffe ideal for occasions like birthday parties and other special occasions.
