    Time Out says

    If you can’t get a reservation for the ever-popular Pokémon Café, opt for this adorable Pikachu-themed sweets stand located inside Ikebukuro’s Sunshine City, instead. This takeaway shop sells yellow Pikachu cupcakes, baumkuchen cake slices featuring images of Pichu and its evolutions Pikachu and Raichu, plus Pokémon lattes with adorable artwork gracing each cup.
