Sister shop to Asakusa’s Sukemasa Coffee, Petika offers a similar menu including the café’s popular fruit sandwiches, pudding and picture-perfect latte. There are always 10 to 15 cakes available daily, often featuring seasonal fruit, and made by the owner Sari Kimura herself. Just to give you an idea what to expect, at the time of writing, the café offers a decadent blueberry rare cheesecake tart as well as a white peach shortcake.
As for beverages, you can't go wrong with a classic caffé latte or matcha latte topped with intricate latte art. The menu also includes black tea, herbal tea and soft drinks. Although there’s no table booking service, you can reserve food items online as popular cakes tend to sell out early.
