A Chinese restaurant in the Shiba Park Hotel, next to Zojoji Temple, Peking was opened in 1960 as Japan's first hotel-affiliated luxury Chinese restaurant, and in spring 2015, on the occasion of the renovation of the hotel's main building, it opened in renewed form at the hotel's annex – just in time for its 55th anniversary. Under its new concept, 'casual yet royal Chinese cuisine', it serves signature Chinese dishes like authentic Peking duck and shark fin soup.
