This is one of the most luxurious afternoon tea offerings in Tokyo. Inspired by the city’s summer festivals, the sumptuous selection includes a lobster hot dog with paprika and saffron sauce, and a taiyaki fish-shaped cake filled with foie gras mousse, mango and chocolate.
Traditional festival food is also given a playful remake: a jaga butter potato is served with smoked salmon and caviar while mitarashi dango dumplings now come with sherry vinegar sauce. To top it all off, you can also enjoy a refreshing kakigori shaved ice served with mango sorbet and yuzu syrup, plus unlimited drinks including tea and coffee.
