Park Brewery 2014

If you're looking for something slightly more unique than the regular beer gardens found all over Tokyo, head on over to Shinjuku's Park Hyatt, where the Kanagawa-based Sankt Gallen brewery puts on a show in honour of this luxury hotel's 20th anniversary. Throughout the summer, ¥3,500 will get you a set of beer-compatible appetisers and free-flowing Sankt Gallen brews, including the full-flavoured but light Park Brewery Ale, which is available only here, and the solid Imperial IPA. Note that it's best to arrive early, as the reception closes at 7pm.
