Otona Kurogi

An off-shoot location of Kuriya Kashi Kurogi located within the Hongo Campus of the University of Tokyo campus, this café is where you can sit back and enjoy a cup of matcha over kakigori shaved ice and parfaits layered with adzuki beans and mochi. The sleek café is like walking in to a sophisticated cavern where textured black washi paper cover the walls and the seating areas are divided by black curtains. Conveniently attached to the Parco_ya shopping centre in Ueno, the café also happens to be open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays, making it a perfect late night spot for a dessert or two.
