The Oregon-born Original Pancake House chain made its Tokyo debut in spring 2013 with the opening of a Kichijoji branch, and now also operates shops in Harajuku and Fukuoka. Shinjuku folks can now get their fix of 'Dutch Babies' and cinnamon-glazed Apple Pancakes as well, as the fourth Original Pancake House in Japan opened on the seventh floor of the Lumine Est complex in July 2016. You can also choose from crêpes, waffles and omelettes, plus ten pancake combos available only at this branch. Staying open until 11pm every day, the place rolls out a menu of savoury edibles and alcohol in the evenings.
