No convenience store rice balls here – the onigiri at Umeno are made only with brand-name Shimane prefecture rice, either white or brown, and can be customised with any of 14 toppings, including mentai-mayo and ginger kombu. You can combine your two-piece onigiri set (¥800) with a cup of tea.
