Omnipollos Tokyo

Stockholm-based craft beer brewery Omnipollos Tokyo brings its signature psychedelic style and daring beer list to its first location outside Europe. In Stockholm, the bar is housed in a renovated church; in Tokyo, it's an ex-unagi restaurant dating back more than 70 years. The shop received a revamp by award-winning Swedish designer Fredrik Paulsen, who decked it out with sky-blue walls and neon trimmings, leaving the original timber roof to give a traditional twist to the otherwise futuristic feel. It’s a fitting setting for the bright, bold, whimsically named beer list that includes the likes of Braraba Mango Smoothie Sour, Zodiak House IPA, and Bianca Raspberry Lassi Gose Soft Serve – that last one comes topped with the bar’s actual beer soft serve. Prices range from ¥700 to ¥1,800 for a 290ml glass and ¥950 to ¥2,400 for a 390ml glass.
