Nikusaki Ebisu is the brainchild of meat specialist Kenshiro Iwasaki, who runs the sister restaurant Ginza Yakiniku Nikusaki. Here you’ll find top-shelf Wagyu beef served with vegetables from Hinode Farm in Saga and a wide selection of natural wines.
The ¥8,800 dinner course offers eight dishes including a savoury eclair with Tajima beef as well as a wagyu sukiyaki. The ten-course meal (¥11,000), on the other hand, includes a beef liver carpaccio and a wagyu beef tail fillet.
If you’re looking to splurge, the 11-course meal will set you back ¥14,300. But you’ll be enjoying two of the restaurant’s signature items – the luxurious ‘one bite’ uni risotto and Nikusaki beef burger – along with a host of dishes celebrating the melt-in-your-mouth quality of wagyu beef.
