Time Out says

A small Tokyo chain, this is the place where you can drink some premium nihonshu at wholesale ('genka') prices. That includes some of the current topsellers such as Dassai, Jikon, Juyondai and Hiroki: there are over 50 different sake to choose from here, with prices starting at a mere ¥300 for one go (180ml). Their seafood-heavy food menu is also worth a gander, with hits such as Higashi-Izu salt dried mackarel, uni served in various ways, and chopped red sea bream on rice. Who said good food and booze can't be easy on the wallet?
