Motsukichi Shibuya

Advertising

Time Out says

Opened in early June 2017, Motsukichi Shibuya is the latest outpost of an offal-focused chain of eateries originally hailing from Kyoto. Besides their staple organ meats – best had in the Kyoto-style motsu nabe – you can try a variety of raw meats, including meat sashimi, sushi and the more inventive Torokeru nama hamburg, a 'melting', uncooked hamburg steak. All of their certificates are in tip-top order, so you certainly don't need to worry about contracting any germs here.
