This small sushi restaurant has only eight counter seats. As it's known as one of the most exquisite establishments in Yotsuya, the seats are often booked solid months in advance. The chef, Yasuhiko Mitsuya, serves up fine sushi with the tastiest seasonal fish from all over Japan, and can offer impressively detailed explanations of each dish. The restaurant also has a sommelier, but sticking with the sake is of course allowed as well.
