Offering all things white and frosty, the takeout-only Milk in Shinjuku's Lumine turns rich Hokkaido milk into fluffy goodness in the form of cloud-like chiffon cakes, 'milky soft parfaits' (¥780) with soft serve, whipped cream, milk pudding and tapioca pearls, and very photogenic, beautifully swirled soft serves (¥500) wrapped in a charming light blue band.
